Remember that HUGE STORY — the one about generals acting as puppets for the pentagon on the major media channels during the critical juncture before the war? Well, this is cute: the media isn’t talking about it. At all. The story has all but disappeared off the news channels, probably because reporting on the story requires the networks act self-reflective and apologetic.

It’s up to the American citizenry to be the media watchdogs, since clearly independent journalism is all but dead in the water.
